This garden started as a completely blank space so the aim was to give it structure, privacy and a few different areas to use.
We created a large patio beside the house for everyday dining and entertaining, with a second seating area and pergola positioned further down the garden to make the most of the sun.
A pathway links the two areas and helps draw you through the garden, while mature trees, pleached screening and hedging give much more privacy from the neighbouring properties.
The planting was kept quite structured around the main areas, with plenty of softer planting and seasonal colour through the beds.
