Our client’s main reason for buying this house was the large, sloping, south-facing, rear garden that came with the property. Their brief was for a sleek, contemporary garden, with a Mediterranean vibe. They had a few primary requirements, all of which were incorporated into this unique Garden Design.

This landscaped garden is simplicity at its best, aesthetically pleasing with beautiful bright surfaces throughout, there is interest in every aspect with a distinctly Mediterranean style.

Concealing & revealing spaces adds to the experience of this garden. Our clients wanted to use every inch of the space, but without losing open lawn space. We saw the opportunity to give the family a whole new ‘secret garden’ with a small circular terrace set into the far end of the garden. With careful choice of materials and sculpting of lawn, we have developed a layout that far exceeds expectations. Two distinct styles are in harmony in this concept, from the straight-edged borders of the formal first lawn to the meandering paths of the second lawn.
